Ahh, the return to school. Welcomed by so many parents after the long summer break, but bringing with it a new set of issues to work on.

It’s worth also saying that the scent you use does not have to be perfume. It can be any scent that the child learns to associate with their place of safety. Calming aromas such as lavender can be particularly effective.
